The fifth workshop in the Fashion Futures programme was an opportunity for students to work intensively on the paper patterns for their garment designs.
With the help of FAD’s expert team of volunteer pattern cutters, garment technologists and designers, the students continued to adapt and develop basic garment blocks in order to achieve the individual silhouettes they’d designed.
Their homework task is to create a customer profile where they will identify the demographic and psychographic data which will help them target their specific customer base.
