The FAD Competition challenges undergraduates to think outside the commercial box, setting intelligent briefs which integrate art, culture and social trends into fashion, while also communicating an ethos of respect for the person.
Working in collaboration with Fashion Scout, the Competition brings the best UK undergraduate designers to the London Fashion Week catwalk.
Considered a “must-enter” competition for universities across the country, FAD counts with the support of retailers, designers, cultural institutions and press. Past finalists have progressed into companies including Vivienne Westwood, Hussein Chalayan, Burberry, ASOS, Zara, and Topshop.
