FAD Frontline

The FAD Frontline includes designers and professionals in the wide sector of fashion industry who have supported and given advice to FAD through the years.

Members of the FAD Frontline include:

Vanessa Denza MBE. Head of recruitment agency Denza International, Vanessa was appointed a Member of the British Empire (MBE) in 2004 for her outstanding contribution to the British Fashion Industry over the past 30 years. Vanessa has supported FAD from the very beginning and was a member of the jury of the 5th FAD Competition. Her advice and support to FAD has been invaluable.

Paul Costelloe has been one of the most successful names in British Fashion for over 25 years. He was a member of the 5th FAD Competition and gave a placement to Jessica Macleod, who won the competition. Paul is always keen to help and support FAD and to facilitate contacts of interest.

Chris Elshaw is Senior Vice President & Managing Director of Revlon for Europe and Canada. Chris is keen to support the charity ethos of FAD and to share his wealth of financial knowledge to develop FAD?s business & fundraising plans.


Elspeth Gibson has been hailed as one of Britain's leading designers. With regular editorial coverage and the support of the top buyers in the world, Elspeth has become one of the most sought-after British designers.

Belinda Dickson OBE, is a knitwear designer whose international reputation for quality, colour and modern eclectic style has earned her the affectionate title of "Queen of Cashmere". Belinda has supported FAD from the very early times by giving lecturers and was a member of the jury panel of the 1st FAD Competition. She has given placements to FAD Competition winners in several occasions.
