FASHION FUTURES 2 Workshops @ The University of Salford

Fashion is a great way to connect with young people from different backgrounds, to give them confidence and raise their aspirations for the future. That’s where you can really make a difference.

If you know your way around a sewing machine or pattern block, and like the idea of mentoring teenagers, we have the perfect opportunity for you.

Creative charity FAD is currently recruiting skilled volunteers to assist in Fashion Futures 2 workshops with 16 – 18 year olds, from Mon 11th - Fri 15th April.

As a volunteer you will support young people through the fashion design process – from drafting a pattern to constructing a finished toile. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and committed student/graduate, who is looking to use their design skills to benefit others.
