JOBO Studios at London Fashion Week, new designer Tihara Smith, new products, courses and collars – FAD Store designers are blooming this Spring.
The whole FAD family was majorly proud to see JOBO Studios‘ debut at London Fashion Week, showcasing the AW19 collection “The Eternal Neon Phantoms.” Lewisham-born designer Joel uses the the strong visual culture of his surroundings as a pillar in the label’s aesthetic, keeping brotherhood, youth culture, music and strong graphic detailing at the heart of the journey. Find out more on the official London Fashion Week website, and in his beautifully shot lookbook.
We’re excited to welcome Tihara Smith to FAD Store with a beautiful collection of hand-embroidered raffia bags and art prints, inspired by the arrival of the HMS Empire Windrush in 1948, the experiences of the Windrush Generation in Britain and the Caribbean culture they brought with them. Take a look at her range in her online store and read more about her journey and inspiration in The Voice.
