FAD encourages university students and professionals to support the wider community with their skills and expertise.

Volunteers and ambassadors collaborate in FAD's competitions and workshops enabling them to have work experience, develop their career opportunities and put their skills at the service of the community. Specific roles carried out by volunteers and ambassadors in the past have included modeling, graphic design, photography, video filming and editing. In addition to these roles, volunteers have also helped in FAD Fashion Futures workshops, inspiring the younger students in their learning and sharing skills with them.

FAD has benefited from the know-how of countless fashion industry professionals as well as professionals outside the industry who have provided FAD with their skills in marketing, media and public relations, events organization, and finance.

The volunteering programme is key to the success of FAD's projects. It is thanks to the enthusiasm, generosity and skills of the volunteers that the projects are so successful.
